2023 Reed Knife Edge Shiraz

Organically farmed, wild fermented with one third whole bunch inclusion and aged in old French oak. Deep dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Lifted clove infused aromas of red plum and liquorice mix with smoky earth and peppered meat notes. The elegant mid weighted palate displays plenty of energy with red plum and liquorice fruits overlaying smoked meat, clove and peppered earth characters. Finishes fresh with a fine grained tannin structure and a savoury pepper laced conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
