Medium bodied with plummy liquorice fruits melding into a smoky vanillin cedar, earth and pepper back drop.
Matured for up to 12 months in French and American oak. Dense midnight black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Spicy ripe plum and liquorice aromas mix with smoked meat, scorched earth and vanillin spice notes. Plummy liquorice fruits meld into a smoky vanillin cedar, earth and pepper back drop. Fine grained tannins with a plummy aftertaste.
