2023 Ravensworth Regional Series Pinot Gris

Made in a Rosato style with fermentation on skins for 3-6 weeks resulting in a semi translucent red blushed colour. Fragrant blood orange, strawberry and red apple skin aromas infused with pink grapefruit and delicate spice sail out of the glass. Light and pretty, refreshing blood orange, strawberry and red apple skin flavours dance across the palate with some quince lying underneath. Nicely rounded it finishes dry with crisp acidity and an energetically fruity and tangy aftertaste.
