2023 Poonawatta The Eden Riesling

Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge around the edges. Bounding from the glass are intense lime and citrus aromas which are intermeshed with orange rind, chalky talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering lime and citrus fruits are layered across the scrumptious palate with terrific concentration and textural volume. Notions of orange rind, green apple, talc and chalky mineral elements ensue. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long thirst quenching aftertaste.
