2023 Pinot Noir d’Soumah

Semi translucent dark red core with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Fragrant red to dark cherry and rhubarb scents blossom from the glass trailed by brambly dried herb, forest floor and spice notes. Savoury red to dark cherry and rhubarb flavours decorate the palate complexed by underlying notions of brambly cedar, dried herbs, forest floor and spice. Smooth in its feel it has fine grained tannins and nicely balanced acidity. Concludes with appealing length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
