Fermented and matured in French oak for 8 months. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Nectarine, peach and grapefruit aromas drift from the glass followed by hints of biscuit and gun flint. Ripe peach and nectarine fruits are delivered with plenty of intensity and textural volume. Subtle grapefruit, melon, biscuit and gun flint accents lie underneath. Lively acidity lends freshness and vibrancy to the long fleshy textured finish.
