Rich, plush black fruits with a solid yet polished tannin structure and a blackpepper laced conclusion.

A certified organic and biodynamic blend of 48% Shiraz, 48% Grenache and 4% Mataro matured for 12 months in French oak. Dense black as night heart with a dark red hue. Spicy dark to black cherry and liquorice aromas are interwoven with herbs du Provence and peppered earth notes. Rich plush blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits meld into a scorched earth and peppered fennel back drop. Solid yet polished tannin structure with a ripe, juicy blackpepper laced conclusion.
