Fruit was sourced from both Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Intense lime and lemon juice aromas mix with hints of mandarin, chalky talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering lime juice, green apple and lemon flavours are underscored by zesty tart like acidity with some subtle mandarin and flinty mineral elements lingering through the back portion of the palate. Dry and zippy it has a lime juice and flinty mineral driven conclusion.
