2023 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Fye

Brilliant pale straw colour with straw green tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear, lime and subtle dried honey aromas fill the nostrils with some oyster shell and wet stone notes also evident. Quite full and round in the mouth, the palate features fleshy pear and lime fruits with wet stone, faint notions of dried honey and delicate oyster shell nuances lying underneath. Brisk acidity with a finish that’s both long and texturally voluminous.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
