2023 Patrick P-Series Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous gooseberries rise out of the glass with some grassy asparagus notes also evident. Zippy passionfruit, green apple and gooseberry flavours race across the palate underscored by crisp acidity. Some herbaceous characters and flinty mineral elements linger through the long dry zesty finish.
