2023 Paracombe Pecorino
Brilliant water like core with subtle highlights of green around the edges. Elevated pear, red apple skin and lime aromas are followed by traces of wet slate and Mediterranean herbs. Crunchy pear and red apple fruits intermix with lime, fresh herb infusions and slatey mineral elements. Excellent concentration finishing dry with zippy acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
Drink over the next year.

Other Reviews….
A slim and trim, vibrant and crisp white of delicacy, pleasing bitter fruit scents and flavours, touches of stony minerality, a lick of hazelnut-nutty savouriness, a touch of pleasing white balsamic lift, and some white pepper spice dusted over. This has tension, torque and feels terrific to drink. So refreshing, very textural in its powdery, wet river-pebble feel, extends well in the palate and finishes invigorating and bright. Really good here. More of this, thanks. Drink by 2027.
