2023 Ox Hardy Fiano

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs stream out of the glass followed by some stony mineral notes. Zesty lime and green apple fruits have a crunchy feel across the palate with infusions of fresh herbs, wet slate and mineral nuances also chiming in. Excellent intensity finishing dry with crisp acidity and a long scrumptious conclusion.
Drink over the next year.
