Fresh, elegant Yarra Valley Chardonnay.
Fermented in barrel and matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and nectarine mix with hints of dried honey, citrus and biscuity oak. Fresh white peach, citrus and nectarine fruits are underpinned by a vibrant line of acidity which lends an energetic feel. Notions of biscuity oak, faint dried honey and flint are also evident. Fresh, elegant flinty mineral infused conclusion.
