2023 Nomads Garden Pinot Meunier

Matured for 9 months on lees in seasoned French oak with 15% whole bunch inclusion. Semi translucent red colour with a light brick red tinged hue. Aromas of rhubarb, cherry and dried herbs drift from the glass followed by some brambly forest floor like notes and spice. Light and supple in its feel, the palate is caressed with delicate strawberry, cherry and rhubarb flavours. Lingering across the back half are subtle brambly cedar, forest floor and dried herb elements. Smooth polished tannins with good underlying freshness and a savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
