2023 Nick O’Leary Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Zesty lime and lemon aromas leap out of the glass followed by some Granny Smith apple, orange rind, steely talc and flinty mineral like notes. Intense lime, lemon and green to red apple fruits have a crunchy feel with infusions of orange blossom and steely mineral characters lingering through the back half. Zingy acidity finishing dry with a long, highly scrumptious mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
