Light in body yet possessing a dark to black fruit profile with a tightly wound finish.
Deep dark red core with black toned edges and a red to dark red hue. Unfurling from the glass are lifted aromatics of black cherry, dark plum, ripe strawberry and anise which mix with hints of dried herbs, earth and spice. Light in body yet possessing a dark to black fruit profile led by cherry, strawberry and anise flavours which meld into an earth, dried herb and spice back drop. Tightly wound it has slightly grainy tannins, tense acidity and a spicy medium to long conclusion.

Other Reviews….
This has deeply perfumed aromas of dark cherries, dried rose petals, cocoa beans and pencil as well as Asian spices and citrus peel. Seamlessly integrated tannins and bright acidity cut through a creamy, textural, medium-bodied palate, showing flavors of wild strawberries, ruby grapefruit, damson plums and cinnamon bark. Very poised and tightly wound with a high level of refinement. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
