2023 Mr Riggs Cold Chalk Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and fleshy pear scents sail out of the glass trailed by some delicate honeysuckle, biscuit and wet stone notes. Delicious white peach and pear fruits carry nice shape across the mid weighted palate with notions of dried honey, biscuity nougat and subtle spice lying underneath. Possessing a beautifully balanced freshness it has a long cream tinged finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
