Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and watery hue. Pear and Jonathan apple aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of honeysuckle, musk and delicate quince. Vibrant pear, lime and green apple fruits grace the lively palate with some subtle quince and wet stone characters lying underneath. Snappy acidity with an energetic and elegantly refreshing conclusion.
