Includes 15% whole bunches with maturation taking place in French oak barriques for a period of 10 months. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a bright red purple tinged hue. Elevated dark cherry and strawberry scents are trailed by fresh herb, subtle anise and spicy cedar notes. Light in body the palate features fleshy cherry and strawberry fruits over infusions of fresh herbs, delicate forest floor and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins finishing fresh and elegant.
