Delicately flavoured with an energised feel to the elegant finish.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine, pear and lime scents are trailed by faint dried honey, biscuit and citrusy mineral notes. Light to mid weight and possessing a brisk feel, the palate is delicately flavoured with nectarine, pear and citrus fruits which meld into a subtle dried honey, biscuit and mineral backdrop. Fresh acidity lending an energised feel to the elegant finish.
