Intensely flavoured with good textural shape and some saline mineral elements lingering across the finish.
Made from a blend of 40% Sauvignon, 40% Semillon and 20% Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose is a mix of gooseberry, lime, green apple and peach aromas with subtle stony mineral notes also evident. Showing splendid intensity are fleshy pear, Jonathan apple, lime and herbaceous gooseberry flavours. Good textural shape with brisk acidity. Some wet stone and saline mineral like elements lingering across the finish.
