2023 Main & Cherry Pinot Noir

Matured in older French oak for a period of 6 months with 30% whole bunch inclusion. Semi translucent red colour with a very light red tinged hue. Intense red cherry, winter strawberry and rhubarb scents blossom out of the glass complimented by dried herb, bramble, forest floor and spice notes. Light in body and possessing a supple feel the palate is decorated with savoury red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry flavours which are intermeshed with notions of dried herbs, bramble and forest floor. Very polished tannins with a deliciously fresh and long finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
