2023 Louis Jadot Chablis

A Chablis with excellent flavour intensity, brisk acidity and a long stony mineral laced finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Expressive pear, lime and green apple scents intermix with some oyster shell, fresh herb and wet slate notes. Fleshy pear, lime and green apple fruits infused with fresh herbs carry a river stone like feel across the palate. Wet slate and mineral elements lie underneath. Excellent flavour intensity with brisk acidity and a long stony mineral laced finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Mineral and precise with aromas of Meyer lemons, flint, apple blossoms and nectarines. The midweight palate has a tightly wound mouthfeel and bright acidity, offering lovely length and tension with a slightly saline finish. Good energy. Drink or hold.
