2023 Lost Farm Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black toned edges and a vibrant red hue. Expressive dark cherry, strawberry, violet and subtle anise scents mix with fresh herb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Delicious red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits are intermeshed with subtle anise, forest floor and spicy cedar characters. Supple yet fresh in its feel it has polished tannins and a savoury red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Bright ruby with aromas of wild strawberries, red plum and raspberries. Hints of spiced morello cherries, berry flan, wood spice, undergrowth, ginger tea, Chinese barbecue meats and pressed flowers. Purely fruited with a sweep of sour cherry, powdery tannins and an appley acidity promoting cadence and sapidity. Some gamey tones sneak in on the finish, which fades away slowly. Drink by 2030.
