Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey drift through the nostrils trailed by hints of crème brulee, biscuity nougat and spice notes. The gently creamed palate carries medium body weight with fleshy white peach and dried honey flavours to the fore. Subtle citrusy nougat, cashew and spice elements lurk beneath. Nicely balanced it finishes medium to long with a cream tinged feel.
