2023 Lethbridge Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with a distinct greenish tint to the edges. Lime, red apple and orange blossom aromas stream out of the glass followed by hints of honeysuckle and minerals. Zippy lime, lemon sherbet and mandarin fruits race across the energised palate with traces of honeysuckle and flinty mineral elements lying underneath. Off dry finish with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste that shows plenty of zest.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
