2023 Langmeil Prime Cut Shiraz

Midnight black dark purple heart with a dark purple black tinged hue. Intense liquorice and dark plum aromas are intermeshed with toasty vanillin oak, earthy fennel and pepper notes. Rich and plump, juicy dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits fill the mouth with spicy vanillin cedar and earthy fennel elements the undercard. Opulent textural feel with velvet smooth tannins. Finishes long and succulent.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Crimson with fruit aromas of macerated plum, blackberry and black cherry fruits with hints of baking spices, dark chocolate, turned earth, pan juices, oak spice and tobacco leaf. Plenty of Barossa fruit character here, for the price, with a fine, sandy tannin structure and spiced black fruits on the exit. Drink by 2034.
