Texturally waxy yet brisk feel with a dry, invigorating finish.
Made from Timorasso grapes which a has a history dating back to ancient times in the Piedmont region. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Dried pear and oily toast like aromas are followed by some baked apple, citrusy bees wax and spice notes. A mix of fresh pear and dried apple fruits make a shapely entrance with brisk acidity enlivening a back half that’s layered with bees wax, oily toast like elements and spice. Texturally waxy yet brisk mouth feel with a dry, invigorating finish.|
