Brilliant water like core with a distinctive greenish tint to the edges. Lime, green apple and pear aromas mix with fresh herb and slatey mineral like notes. Delicious pear, lime and green apple fruits carry nice shape across the palate with infusions of fresh herbs, wet stone and minerals lying underneath. Excellent intensity with crisp acidity finishing dry, long and very tasty.
