Impenetrable inky black in colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Plummy liquorice like aromas are trailed by some vanillin confectionary and spicy oak notes. Bright, edgy acidity with prominent toasty vanillin oak overwhelming the fruit. Firmish, slightly bitter tannins with a short, shrill confectionary like finish. Pass.
