Admirable intensity with lively acidity and a fresh yet nicely rounded finish.
Matured for 10 months in French oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe nectarine and peach aromas mix with hints of lemon butter, bees wax and spicy nougat. Vibrant nectarine, peach and grapefruit flavours are delivered with admirable intensity. Subtle bees wax, lemon butter, spicy almond and flint characters sit in the background. Lively acidity with a fresh yet nicely rounded finish.
