Vibrant with lively acidity and a vividly fruited finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and citrus are intertwined with hints of grapefruit, buttered toast and spice. The vibrant palate features nectarine, citrus and peach fruits over gun flint and spicy bees wax characters. Lively acidity with a vividly fruited finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

While there seem to be a few tiers across Juniper Estate, there’s no question quality is stamped all the way through. This a case in point. Well priced, deliciously flavoured and satisfying. It’s all white stone fruit, yet plenty of grapefruit and lemon, spicy oak and creamed-honey lees bolstering the palate, which is dictated by acidity at the moment. Wafts of lemon blossom and some flinty/struck-match sulphides add to the pleasure of drinking this. Drink by 2031.
