2023 Jane Eyre Shoreham Park Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak barrels (10% new) with 20% whole bunch fermentation. Semi translucent dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant scents of violets, red cherries, strawberries and anise gently infused with clove sail out of the glass. Also evident are some brambly dried herb like notes, forest floor and spice. Light in body and supple in its texture the savoury palate features brambly red cherry and strawberry fruits over a back drop of forest floor, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins finishing with plenty of freshness on the medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
