A shapely yet refreshing Chablis with a long stony mineral laced finish.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Streaming through the nostrils are elevated scents of pear, lime and green apple which are trailed by whiffs of dried honey and stony mineral notes. Shapely pear, lime and green apple fruits meld into a delicate dried honey, wet stone and mineral back drop. Refreshing acidity with a long, fleshy textured, stony mineral laced finish.
