Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of freshly sliced pear, green apple and lime are trailed by some wet slate and mineral notes. Scrumptious lime, green pear and Granny Smith apple fruits are underpinned by zippy mineral infused acidity with some fresh herb elements also present. Taut mouth feel finishing dry and crisp with a crunchy mineral laced aftertaste.
