100% wild fermented in French oak (66% new) then matured for a further 10 months. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated ripe peach and nectarine aromas intermingle with hints of bees wax, lemon butter, nougat and spice. Rich fleshy peach and nectarine fruits overlay pear, subtle toasted honey, nougat, almond and lemon butter flavours. Gently creamy yet fresh it finishes with a long ripe peach, pear, bees wax and lemon butter aftertaste.
