2023 Hay Shed Hill Chardonnay

Fermented and matured in French oak barriques for a period of 11 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tint around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and subtle grapefruit aromas are followed by citrus, subtle biscuity oak and gun flint notes. Featured across the refined palate are nectarine, pear and grapefruit flavours with subtle biscuity nougat and infusions of gun flint lying underneath. Possessing brisk acidity it finishes fresh and elegant.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
