Whole bunch cold pressed with minimal skins handling and directly to seasoned barrels. Wild fermented under temperature control to complete dryness, then matured in the same barrels for 4 months.
Translucent salmon pink colour. Red currant aromas mix with raspberry, dried herb and spice notes. Gorgeously rounded palate entry with red currant and raspberry fruits featured over a dried herb infused and wet stone back drop. Brisk acidity lends freshness to the savoury, supplely textured finish.
