2023 Grampians Estate Woolclasser’s GST

A rich, succulent mid weighted Grenache blend.

A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Shiraz and 10% Tempranillo. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Fragrant dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry scents flood the nostrils followed by some vanillin confectionary and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich and juicy, dark raspberry, liquorice and ripe dark cherry fruits dominate the mid weighted palate with some subtle scorched earth, vanillin spice and pepper elements sitting underneath. Plush mouth feel with velvet smooth tannins and a long succulent finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
