2023 Gipsie Jack Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle aromas fill the nostrils with hints of quince and musk also evident. Nicely rounded texturally, fleshy pear and ripe apple flavours sit over musk and delicate spice elements. Fresh dry finish with lively acidity leading into a vibrantly fruited mid length aftertaste.
