A fresh, vibrant Chardonnay with an elegant mid length conclusion.
Barrel fermented and matured sur lie for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a delicate tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and nectarine mix with hints of bees wax, citrus, gentle cashew and spice. Fresh and vibrant the palate features nectarine and citrus fruits over light biscuity oak, nougat and spice. Brisk acidity with an elegant mid length conclusion.
