Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are elevated aromas of pear, Jonathan apple and musk which intermingle with hints of honeysuckle and quince. Luscious pear and red apple fruits are underpinned by brisk acidity with notions of musk, quince and delicate honeysuckle tailing off through the dry finish. Crisp, mouth watering conclusion.
