2023 Gala Chardonnay

Fleshy textured and amply fruited finishing fresh with good length.

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a distinctive greenish tint around the outskirts and a watery hue. Ripe peach, nectarine and honeysuckle scents fill the nostrils followed by hints of crème brulee, subtle bacon fat and lemon butter. Fleshy textured, the palate features peach and nectarine fruits over a back drop of bees wax, lemon butter and spice. Finishes fresh and amply fruited with good length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
