A fresh, mid weighted Chardonnay that has brisk acidity and an elegant finish.
Barrel fermented and matured in French oak. Bright straw colour with green highlights around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, Bosc pear, citrus and bees wax mix with some oily toast like notes and spice. Mid weighted, the palate carries a fresh feel with nectarine and Bosc pear fruits to the fore. Some delicate citrus, bees wax and oily toast like characters lie in the background. Brisk acidity with an elegant mid length finish.
