2023 Farina Valpolicella

A blend of 45% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara matured in stainless steel. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a red hue. Morello and dried cherry aromas mix with dried herb, scorched earth and cinnamon spice notes. Mid weighted and possessing a fleshy feel, juicy morello cherry fruits are interwoven with dried cherries, vanillin spice, dried herbs and cinnamon characters. Polished tannins and good underlying freshness with a savoury finish that shows plenty of spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
