A delicious, texturally appealing Alsatian blend.

Gentil "Hugel" marries the exotic, spicy flavours of Gewurztraminer, the body of Pinot Gris, the finesse of Riesling, the grapiness of Muscat and the refreshing character of both Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner.
Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of rosewater, pear, lychee and red apple with hints of ginger also evident. Texturally appealing pear, lychee and red apple fruits decorate the palate with some ginger spice elements lying underneath. Brisk acidity with a well-rounded feel finishing dry, long and delicious.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

This has quite an aromatic complexity, with spicy, floral and nutty notes. Charming and medium-bodied with a very satisfying balance of juiciness and citrusy freshness that lights up the long finish. A cuvee of 30% gewurztraminer, 23.5% pinot gris, 18.7% riesling, 18% sylvaner, 6% pinot blanc and 3.8% muscat. Drink now.
