Made from Malvasia d’Istria and Pinot Bianco grapes. Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of dried apple and pear skin combine with hints of almond and spice. Light and spicy with a rounded mid palate mouth feel, flavours of pear skin, dried apple, traces of honey and almond are evident. Brisk acidity finishing very dry, spicy and quite energetic.
