Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle apricot tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Pear and red apple skin aromas mix with hints of rosewater and Turkish delight followed by some spice end notes. Pear, red apple skin and quince flavours overlay a delicate honeysuckle and spice back drop. Fresh yet texturally supple mouth feel with vibrant acidity and an elegant dry finish.
