2023 Eldredge Blue Chip Riesling

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Distinct lime juice, Granny Smith apple and lemon aromas bounce out of the glass followed by some mandarin, talc and chalky mineral notes. Zesty lime juice, Granny Smith apple, lemon and mandarin fruits are framed by steely acidity with some chalky mineral elements lingering through the back half. Dry and racy it has a long lime juice driven finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
