Zesty lime, red apple and pear fruits with a dry, zingy finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, pear and red apple flow through the nostrils followed by whiffs of orange blossom and subtle stony mineral notes. Zesty lime, red apple and pear fruits race across the palate underpinned by delicate notions of honeysuckle, mandarin and flinty mineral elements. Bristling with crunchy acidity it finishes dry, long and zingy.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
